Just keep an open mind to all possibilities. I hope they get the money and I hope they win the cases but there are a hell of a lot of ifs and buts and AVZ have their back to the wall.
Even if what you said was an iron clad clause in the agreement, what is AVZ going to do if Locke reneg? Sue them? With what?
