"Is this trouble for LIC Henry Morgan?The fund -which has been subject to a brutal takeover battle this afternoon said it was “unable to lodge its audited annual financial statements by the reporting deadline”, but did not give a reason.“The Company is working closely with its advisors and recently appointed auditors, to finalise these statements as soon as possible and will provide an update to shareholders as to progress in the coming days,” Henry Morgan told the ASX in a statement."
