    Yep. They pushed through the resolution for a change of auditor at the last AGM, so they're now using an auditor of their own choosing. No excuses for any delays - yet I still can't say that I'm surprised either.

    Has the auditor smelled one of the many rats or is this just a delaying tactic?
    Perhaps they're just scared of holding the AGM and trying to delay the inevitable?
