• the absence of key finance and management personnel due to ill health and family circumstances;
• the ongoing Takeover Panel proceedings in relation to the Benjamin Hornigold Limited (BHD) takeover bid, the release of interim orders and applications for review lodged by several parties to the proceedings; and
• the Company's difficulty in valuing its shareholding in BHD due to the failure of BHD to release monthly NTA announcements on-market since May 2019, in breach of the ASX Listing Rules.
