When they make the intial statement regarding timeframes its impossible to be sure they will be on time.
If there are delays and they are aware of them, yes they should tell us a soon as reasonably possible, so why don't you ask them?
Send them an email and ask them why?
When I trade longer time frames I don't generally expect them to be ontime, there are alot of external factors that contribute.
Like I said In an earlier post Regarding CE, Im looking at june july add a month or three.Thats even before any other delays might take effect.
Thats how I approach these longer timeline announcement and I don't have any problems waiting.
Impatient holders get frustrated and come up with all sorts of excuses to suit their own narrative.
If your not happy with management, move on and stop blaming other holders for issues that are not investors responsibilities .
