Looks to me like the new substantial shareholder could be part of the Cygnet family as Darien Jagger is a founder of Cygnet and the signatory is a Jagger. Also, as no change in substantial holder has been lodged they must have taken out a few smaller holders.
Gives me some confidence that the head of Cygnet's corporate finance is willing to punt some big dollars on this. You'd hope he was right more often than he was wrong.
