You can't stop a new guy fronting up with his sharper pencil and cheque book if it isn't yet signed as sold. But they can't go out hunting for one. So I guess it gets through on that basis.
Still no mention of any possible conflict of interest of shared director/s on both AVJ and Ho Bee so I guess their legal guys say they're siloed sufficiently.
Looks the farm is for sale so hope it works in our favor and the competition flows, not walks. GLAH.
