Given the inclusion in the announcement of:
- "...unsolicited...." offer; and
- addressing the ability to deal with Ho Bee Land under the exclusivity and "no-shop" clauses

Then this might suggest that someone in the management team is reading hotcopper. If that is the case....

This is as good as it gets. AVJ is death by a thousand cuts for minority shareholders and has only ever been wealth destructive for shareholders. Add to this that there is no reason for AVJ to be listed since management pay lip service to minority shareholders and management do not appear to have a strategy to turn this around. Get it over with and make sure that the last person out the door turns the lights off.
