BRU relinquished their rights along time ago to Backreef block.
Derby block is a different story and OBL have rights and will exercise them. I recall OBL in 3 court cases and have won them all and costs paid by the other party. I think BRU have enough on their plate to waste time and money fighting and sticking up for BOPL who clearly breached their obligations under their agreement with OBL. Now that BRU are aware of the breach by BOPL, BRU would not want to taint their name by being involved with a person who is a rogue that does unlawful deals.
