"OBL wishes to advise that on 30 July 2013 the Federal Court in Perth will hear the Nyikina Mangala appeal against the determination by the National Native Title Tribunal that the grant of the Derby Block (Figure 1) may occur. OBL has been advised that half a day has been set down for this hearing and in OBL legal advisers’ opinion there are good grounds for this appeal to be dismissed."
