Given the current case with ISX do current management or shareholder have the inverse claim against ASX for not suspending HML / BHD earlier ? Just a left field thought and will be very interesting to see just what the ASX does and inf ISX shareholders follow up with a class action against ASX which would be a precedent for when and why they suspend shares and when / why they allow reinstatement etc.
Shareholders can be disadvantaged by either circumstance meanwhile management ( if grubby) use time and lack of reporting requirement to possibly continue stripping / bleeding company not for shareholders benefit and removing records etc.
