Has anyone tried contacting the company? I did and got nothing back... They don't even have a phone number FFS. Lesson learned about not getting involved with penny dreadfuls who promise the world but don't have the skills, personnel, knowledge or motivation (management don't even have any substantial skin in the game) to deliver.
