I am not too sure about everyone else but I think long term holders are very cautious at this stage after all they have been told for many years.
If I was new to this stock I think what is wrong with people 1.1cents back up the truck.
We just need to see some positive news.
Once that happens ( and consistently happens ) I think those long term holders will start buying again.
It just feels like we are so close but like a three legged race we can see the finishing line, we just need to cross it.
