I like your positive spin on things and hope it's accurate, but in that case BNL's announcement is almost criminaly incompetent - they could have said drilling complete, commencing vacuum testing but instead they said 'OMG there's no pressure, so unexpected and anomalous, trying to find some way to salvage the well, maybe too much dust!'
