from annual report 2009 release on 27-10-2009 "at the time of writing, our expectation was for a resolution to be reached in the coming weeks." ...weeks so should be this month..but might be extend it again...
"The AGM (18 December 2009.)will however proceed on that date and assuming BBIPL lender consent is received to the proposed restructuring, an Extraordinary General Meeting would be expected to be held in early 2010 for securityholders to vote on the proposed BBIPL group restructuring arrangements." so we should at least got some ideads about the terms with the recap arrangement at the AGM...
