I don't think it was intentional. Obviously they ran into some other issues.

Ultimately i think its in our best interest that HML continues to remain suspended until everything is really 100%.

I've seen in some others cases where a stock came out of suspension without having everything truly 100% cleared up and the SP was hammered bad and shareholders got badly hurt.

The current NTA is hopefully increasing as we wait and synergy of all the parts improves.
