Imminent indeed! These guys have given themselves a deadline, which expires at the end of the week, to give details about the new 'offer' for JBFG which will coincidentally result in more and more and more delays to the independent expert report and NTA report.
It's totally bizarre how everything these guys do has the effect of delaying the NTA report that was first announced about nine months ago... I'm sure holders are confident and grateful!
