Assuming that they were providing an updated offer figure for JBL, 3 weeks ago, this would give BDO any lawyers involved, sufficient time to review the adequacy or otherwise of the deal, in turn providing clarity on the cash position at a point in time and allowing an accurate NTA to be published, the queries of the company to be answered and this show to get on the road.
I also assume they have just been scratching their nuts for over 300 days trying to re-float a ship that got caught by the coast guard.
