Their most recent announcement suggests that ATI does have BI cover resulting from a damage event. As with all things insurnace the devil is in the detail.
Typically most BI cover has a 30/60/90 day waiting period, cover can be for fixed costs, all cost, loss profits etc. As is normal the more robust the cover is the more expensive it is.
I guess ATI will provide another update shortly
