    not really...if you think about it...its now set a floor price for Anglo in current shape (Without the assets that BHP didnt want) and everyone knows the expectation , and if theres a disastrous breakup of Anglo by Anglo team itself, then next time a. the board disappears and dissolves and removes all hindrance, b. anglo is bought out way cheaper that what BHP were paying and anglo itself segregated the assets. So not much is lost.

    Btw, if another company bids and is allowed to have books opened, then the PUSU clause disappears and Anglo will be forced to open door to BHP.
