    they should have stopped construction once the client stopped the monthly payments. i mean these are big dollars that would have taken a long time to build up & what, we continued to work in good faith? For anyone that says factoring is CIMIC's problem, then this is the reason why they factor which obviously didn't happen oversea's! when the client pays, then CIMIC pays, monthly!
