Analysts was quoting CIM at $45 per shares. So because the bad news released yesterday, it fair value should around $35 . CIM has plenty booked project either government and private. Huge potential , and make big profits, one day will pay decent dividends as well that is the space I am going to look at the near future I reckon.
The current price of share is undervalued obviously.
