they are committing without having yet secured the funds required for those progressing commitments with ‘consultants’
who are these ‘consultants’ and what fees have you committed with them?
why didn’t they go to their hungry loyal shareholders for raising funds when it was down at 5c! (That’s the point of being publicly listed)
Seeking funds now seems like they have lost the plot
