I was long on this. Took a big haircut, still hold a small parcel. I may just have sour grapes, but I feel like if it was known at presubmission that the FDA had asked MSB to resolve the potency issues before any new study, and had separately asked for more evidence, this should’ve been disclosed to shareholders. The former prohibits the latter, which is exactly where we are at. That’s pretty material in a pre-commercial biotech.
