Can't agree more Dommy...
Many on here herald SI. Know a bloke who has been integral to the science who does not hold that view - and this is not his opinion. It is his 1st hand experience.
The issue with SI is however a Board responsibility. Of how they make their decisions, (ie: how easily swayed/not they are by their CEO), is something I have no knowledge of.
However, significant leadership questions (of Board & CEO) must now be asked, answered and then ACTIONED.
