Sensible people blame the FDA. Especially since the same technology is working in Japan approved there and we're selling into that market quiet happily and saving lives.
It seems obvious the FDA has a US company bias. It's also incompetent, particularly galling as SI led the FDA on how best to regulate stem cell technology and remove the cowboys from the market. For this, SI and technology are treated as if we are the problem!

Regardless, best to stay calm and think logically. The FDA is not the only pathway. But even if we pursue again, there is still nothing wrong with the technology and nothing that can't be fixed. Including finding funding. IMO.
