At this point, you have to seriously ask what a takeover offer made in the near future would look like, once the dust settles and the price coalesces a bit.
Wouldn't have thought I would seriously consider a takeover offer with so much future potential built in...but what's the real intrinsic value of your portfolio when ALL of your eggs are in the FDA basket...and there is a clear possibility that the FDA may never approve one of your products before you have to shut off the lights...
Glad I was mentally (if not at all financially) prepared for another CRL. Something told me the FDA were going to stab us in the back again.
