Maybe the medical industry doesn't want to lose any market share to MSB, so are going to stall approving restemcell for as long as possible! Also possible is that the old boys club will push the market cap down with shorting and then scoop up the shares at bargain basement prices, or offer to "help" the company out financially with a higher than average interest loan of some kind. Just thinking out aloud!
