You clearly have no idea what I wrote nor how a double blinded RCT works. You test against standard of care while administering a placebo instead of the MSC, that way the facility caring for the patient is unaware of whether the patient is receiving the MSC or not and cannot change the way they treat the patient based on that knowledge. By mentioning a placebo I in no way inferred that SOC was not being applied.
