And this is the sort of thing that this high level research adds into its publication - it outlines where there is danger of bias, where the evidence is there but weaker, what pitfalls there are in the results and why you should still, even with this evidence, question the results.
It's important of critically analyse all research. There's no true and false in science, it's not black and white. It's what makes it so easy to make poor research look good, depending on how you spin it.
