My impression was that the board took the allegations seriously and appointed independent lawyers and advisors to forensically examen each matter in detail. What did stand out was that the employee making the serious allegations in Points 4B, 4C, and 4D opted NOT to participate in the investigation and be interviewed by the board. So that leads me to questions whether the allegations were real or not. The results of interviews with other people relating to these 4 issues found that the allegations were unjustified.
So I'm satisfied that correct process was followed, the allegations were addressed, that remedial action was carried out and that the board has Mr. White's commitment to to things properly moving forward.
Now I hope we can put this matter behind us and just focus on the business and getting the SP back where it should be!
