If there is no Wisetech without Richard White, this company is uninvestible. An ASX listed company has a fiduciary responsibility to its shareholders to ensure the company can survive without its CEO and that there is a succession plan in place. Richard White is not the picture of health, what if he was to die of a heart attack (not at all an improbability)?
