Would you speak to a board filled with people Richard has made incredibly wealthy? I wouldn’t. I’d decline and move on with my life—there’s nothing in it for me. All I see is downside. That doesn’t mean the allegations aren’t true, just that the board has no incentive to investigate further. I do agree then it is a move on but questions will still linger.
