I have been licking my wounds for a couple of weeks, but the vac was always on the cards. red rocks also uses the vac in the Lyons formation. BNL are currently obtaining all the data and IMO won’t release it until they have the very best information and a plan assisted by the engineers onsite. The announcement last week was promising. The IACX unit can do circa 2000-2500 mcf a day. We have plenty of wells ready for drilling to make up the mcf required in the area. The issue is how many do we need to make up the production total. Obviously the less the better. But if we get to 400mcf on each of these by vacuum at 20psi and some perforating, then we will be almost 50% of the total for this output of the production facility. Surely the revenue generated from these two can go into drilling the remaining two or three wells required to achieve maximum output. At least they know what to expect now. And agree the market has priced in a very worse case scenario already… has t been easy to watch though… hence my absence!
