    Focus Minerals (FML) did that with Cresent Minerals when it only achieved 82% stake and delisted the company.

    Good luck to current holders, risk holding an unlisted stock when you can't sell or given if you can, it will trade for under 8c (likely). Holders will also risk facing any capital raising required by BAB, when needed.
