PGI are not the only one trying Albion, there's 1 or 2 other sites in europe / Eastern europe having a go but there is stuff all info available online as to how they are going. Xstrata is also the advisor there.
I think its likely that in PGI's part of the world there will definitely be companies that have a go themselves & with the lessons learned by xstrata may have a shorter time to target production. However it is also likely that there will be plenty that will be willing to do a deal with PGI and it will just take 1 or 2 deals to significantly extend the plant life. We'll see what transpires.
