Yeah I got a call today which is surprising as I'm a very minor holder.
I don't think there's much chance of this trading above NTA but I think there is a play where a premium is paid to mop up the last of the shares or the company deploys cash and appreciates value. I have a small enough holding and nowhere else to spend my increasingly too large cash assets that I'm happy to just hold here but I wouldn't blame others for taking the offer.
