Very very generally:
As of today
-$28m for adjustments for Abacus Life shares, bonds and JHG
- $8m for div
+$4m interest (estimate)
+4m for boutique val adjustment (AUD/USD improvement)
I get ~$720m pre-BB.
At 75% buyback that puts FV/Share of $14.79, at 100% it's $15.44
Market seems to be prescribing a 20% discount, so that's $11.84 and $12.35 respectfully.
Decent uplift from $11.75 seems to be dependent on future capital management / perf of PAC's Financial Assets.
