Nathan and co have been so busy with deal flow that while all resolutions where passed ....surprise surprise....they forgot to get shareholder approval so mysterious ill defined buyback raised has been delayed ...a non event in any case between consenting adults
No doubt they are not charging directors fees and certainly will not be taking debased shares in lieu of fees ...surely not ...
Come on Nathan. ....Ochre is now Featherby Inc...cant you find an arms length deal that will restart this smouldering mess....??
