Still no guarantee that either proposal means a transaction but I read the announcement as fairly positive.
It tells me that two parties regard the 3PL business as worthy.
Can we expect $1.50 or higher, and some behind-the-scenes 'bidding war'? Time will tell.
Good that the company updated us prior to Christmas.
Given that this annoucement was made after closing time for the market yesterday, perhaps it may mean a rise in the shares today until closure at 1410 hours.
