    I agree, positive read. I still believe $1.50 undervalues the business but I also believe the Virb lead bid is not superior to that of BY. We could end up in a deadlock situation here given Virb can/will block BY and I'm not sure shareholders will vote for the Virb proposal.

    Any thoughts?
