Talking about institutions, one large one sold out at. 021 cents recently and may have helped to put a cap.on sp rise. They sold into good news but it did give others a chance to buy in big quantities even if sitting on a big loss at the moment, they might be very pleased in a couple years time if all the predictions turn out to materialise. It's location is gold imo.
