I would like to add that when you are at the helm of what is a spec stock you need retail investors, particularly when you need to raise capital. I think it would be somewhat harder when you treat your existing shareholders with contempt, they have a long memory and plenty of opportunities as to where to park their capital. They also talk on social media like HC so everyone knows to give these types of directors a wide berth.
I think they need some PR HELP.
