Felt the same! An announcement for people that have a detailed interest in the risk provision, reserves, assessment of what makes up CET 1, ... and 2 and what basis points mean after the acquisition. ... and if they would not have a enough capital for a black swan event, this would not mean that much - since they are system-relevant.
Overall positive outcome, me thinks, though just marginal. Other things will drive the SP. ... and no use looking up other threads on Hotcopper about legal issues and APRA. I wasted my time there this morning.
