Hi finch2, I completely understand the mechanics of the transaction. However, my comment still stands.
Tony could convert his debt into equity, he does not need his shareholding diluted at this price, and offer such a large chunk of the company to a third party.
If the future was so bright, surely he would be doing all he could to increase his % in the business rather than make way for the new investors.
