I don't put forward valuations but the facts here are
FFF trades at a PE of 3.6 cheap
Half the debt covered by directors anyway
Private investor consortium is willing to pay 3.5c(speculation)
Rights Issue to existing holders at 1c (speculation)
It would appear to me that FFF is an interesting purchase at these levels
