Still marginally below both of Tribes purchases and Hockings sale but 3c is fair point to price new investors I assume.
Be interesting to see who they have pulled in to take equity in the raising. Someone from the US like Baker Brothers or Fidelity or they have gone with the previous takers in Oz like Pattersons, Morgans, Australian Ethical ? or maybe another smaller niche fund ? Platinum Asset Management has been throwing a bit of money around oz bios lately.
