Hopefully it is some completely new "likeminded investor" otherwise we end up in the often seen situation as soon as we see a 20-30% gain where cr broker reccomends clients take the profit. Im still stunned they can raise without discount, although who knows if there will be options or whatever other bonuses attached to sweeten the deal.
Still feels like directors have committed massive amounts themselves and therefore are not going to give anyone a free lunch, instead it seems hopefully convincing new investors that if they get in now they will not need extras as reward is coming,?? One can but dream.
I dont recall ever seeing directors (other than founding directors of various companys) ever buying in to an existing spec company like this to the levels they already have. Personally im so tired of the normal directors on 500k plus giving away 20% discount to get cash and keep the gravy boat floating (talking in general corporste world not specifically pyc) This feels different after all these years as those at thr wheel have direct investment and lots to gain
