there is a clear timeline in the notice of agm...I would always encourage any shareholders of any company to always read asx market disclosures otherwise you are investing 'blind'....just like buying a house you would read all the reports etc before buying
record date is the 22 January approximately so holding till then would make you eligible and then payment is 30 January based on the DRAFT timetable
the effective date is 17 January so in theory the bvs share price should reduce by the amount of the capital return but market sentiment will determine that
