It is important to note that of this 0.5 cents much of it can’t and won't be distributed to shareholders, instead must remain in US to fund decommissioning of oil and gas infrastructure, the costs of which will only go up over time and so a portion of future income will go to that (I think your 80-90% is too high). I do agree with your point though this could be excellent value for dividends going forward, assuming that is what the company chooses as their strategy going forward.
